Responsibilities:
- Manage department supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Track staff attendance
- Handle office administration tasks like scanning, filing, and meeting coordination.
- Process staff claims, handle cash, and order staff-related items
- Update GP clinic data, prepare documents, and assist with departmental duties as needed.
Qualification:
- Min A-lvel/Diploma Holders
- Ablt to commit for the whole 6 months
