Summary:
- Women Specialist Clinic
- Basic salary up to $6000
- AWS + Variable bonus
- Location: Orchard (3 minutes walkable from Orchard MRT)
- 5.5 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day clinic operations
- Answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
- Oversee doctor's schedule and patient appointments to ensure optimal worflow
- Ensure the claims are submitted accurately
- Manage clinic resources including medical supplies, equipment and etc
- Provide basic patient care services
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the doctor
Key Requirements:
- 1 year clinic manager experience in a specialised clinical setting
- Proficient in Plato system, and medical claim process
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with the Mandarin speaking patients
