Summary:
- Women Gynae clinic
- Basic salary up to $4000
- AWS + Variable bonus
- 5.5 days work week @ 8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00am - 1.00pm
- Location: Orchard (3 minutes walkable from Orchard MRT station)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
- Liaise with patients about appointment scheduling and patient registration
- Process insurance claims, manage payment collections and issue invoice
- Assist with simple procedures in the treatment room
- Perform inventory stock check and place order if necessary
- Provide basic patient care services
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Key Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in specialised clinical setting
- Proficient in plato system, and medical insurance processing
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking patients
