Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service support.
- Troubleshoot analyzers and provide solutions aligned with standard procedures and safety guidelines.
- Liaise with customers to address service concerns and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Perform in-house repairs and on-site commissioning for various analyzers, including gas and water quality systems.
- Support project teams in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Deliver product training to end users and distributors.
- Identify opportunities to secure new preventive and maintenance contracts.
Requirements
- Candidate must have minimum of 2 years experience in servicing of analytical equipment.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering
- Knowledge of water or air quality analyzers is a huge advantage.
- Candidate with own vehicle is an advantage.
