The Role:
- Provide efficient and effective sales administration process flow and coordination to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
- Support Account Managers in preparing Sale Quotations to customers’ enquiries with an eye of detail and close follow up.
- To gather information and support Account Managers when there is a Tender requirement in liaison with Suppliers and Technical Solution Team.
- Respond to customers’ request on quotations and products information for new purchases requirements or renewals of licenses/maintenances.
- Assist to process Sales Orders
- Coordinate with Operations Team regarding delivery, maintenance or support issues reported by Customers.
- Foster strong customer relationships to identify additional opportunities beyond the requested products, and leverage these opportunities to drive increased sales and business growth.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned or other duties as deemed required by Company.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in Customer Service Roles.
- Experience in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry would be an advantage.
- Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customers' needs.
- Keen to learn and a team player.
