PURPOSE:
As a skilled and highly motivated individual, you will provide technical assistance and support to our users in APAC HQ and 14 Operating Companies (OpCos) in the region, ensuring seamless operations and efficient utilization of IT resources. You will also work closely with internal IT peers to successfully deliver regional projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as escalation point to support IT engineers and Helpdesk enquiries
- Provide guidance to IT Support Engineers and Helpdesk
- Render ad hoc user support such as end user computers, software, and other IT related
- situations
- Perform administrative tasks via Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Intune, MDM, SharePoint &
- Teams)
- Conduct and maintain updated inventory of computer assets (desktops, laptops, etc)
- Collaborate with business users to research and deploy new technologies
- Establish, create new or revise existing policies, processes and procedural documentations
- Collaborate with different business departments to support company events and VIP
- meetings
- Manage and render IT support to OpCos
- Willing to travel and support different office locations in Singapore
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of related IT experience
- Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant
- qualifications.
- Preferably ITIL v4 Foundation certified
- Field experience in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Apps, Admin Center
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and SCCM
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
- Powershell and Windows scripting is an added advantage
- Experience in managing internal/external stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in leading a team to support VIPs would be advantageous
- Strong service ethic and great communication skills
- Passionate about delivering quality no matter the scale of the task
- A detail oriented self-starter, down to earth and open-minded
- Team player, resourceful and able to work independently under tight schedules and with
- ambiguity
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is essential to communicate with Chinese-speaking OpCos
