Job Description:
- Coordinate the implementation of programmes across multiple facilities, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Ensure that programmes meet established standards and effectively achieve the desired outcomes in terms of client engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with facility staff to develop, plan, and implement programme activities that align with client needs and organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage programme budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and use to support programme success.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma in any discipline, with a preference for candidates with qualifications related to Social Services.
- Relevant experience working with elderly clients, ideally within a community setting, healthcare, or social services sector.
- Proficiency in programme design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrated adaptability in solving and pre-empting problems, with a proactive approach to challenges.
