Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mon - Fri)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Scope
- Screen CVs
- Arrange and coordinate preliminary Interviews
- Coordinate the logistic arrangement for visits
- Send solicitation letters to referees and track returns
- Complete Recommendation Form and Summary of Reference Checks
- Compile and check for completeness and upload required dossier documents onto shared folders
- Submit candidate details for Admin Check, Background verification
- Bookmark & check dossier
- Update Hiring in HRIS using Workday
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience in an HR role is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum Degree in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
