JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
- Optimize website content and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and conversions
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to grow the company's online presence and engage with target audiences
- Lead content development, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and case studies, ensuring the content resonates with the target audience and aligns with overall marketing goals
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and build customer loyalty
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels to increase brand recognition and market share
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and generate a positive return on investment (ROI)
- Work closely with sales, content, design, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and drive results
- Continuously research and evaluate new digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to keep the company ahead of competitors and ensure innovative marketing strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Creativity and ability to think strategically
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
