JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, implement, and maintain training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs
- Work with department heads and managers to assess training needs and design programs to meet those needs
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place (e.g., venue booking, equipment, materials)
- Serve as the point of contact for trainers and ensure they have the necessary resources to deliver successful training
- Maintain records of employee training activities and monitor progress to ensure completion and success of training programs
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers to assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
- Oversee and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all training materials are updated and accessible
- Ensure all training complies with industry standards and regulations, and track certification status where applicable
- Assist in budgeting for training programs and track expenses, ensuring cost-effective training solutions. Provide reports on training outcomes and ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and introduce new training methods and technologies to enhance the training experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
