JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct thorough research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies
- Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, customer demographics, and sales data, and generate detailed reports to guide decision-making
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media) and recommend optimizations
- Use data to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to help tailor marketing efforts to different target audiences
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and technologies, ensuring the organization remains competitive and relevant in the market
- Track competitors' marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine strategies, helping to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Provide insights on the ROI of marketing activities and deliver performance reports to senior management, offering recommendations for improvement
- Analyze the effectiveness of various content types (blogs, videos, emails, etc.) and recommend changes to increase engagement and conversion rates
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, track customer journeys, and enhance customer engagement efforts through targeted campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
