JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates, and coordinate the onboarding of new employees
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and helping to resolve workplace issues in a fair and effective manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, ensuring regular feedback and evaluations are conducted
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth within the organization
- Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, and update internal policies as needed to remain compliant
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture, such as organizing team-building activities or recognition programs
- Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism), and provide insights to management
- Monitor workplace health and safety standards, ensuring employees are aware of safety protocols and regulations
- Address and mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management to ensure a harmonious working environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments
