JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Maintain and organize client files, financial records, and confidential documents in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries professionally and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Accurately input data into internal systems, generate reports, and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all information
- Assist in planning team meetings, client reviews, and events by booking venues, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics
- Assist in preparing and filing necessary documents for compliance with financial regulations and internal audits
- Monitor and manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring messages are relayed promptly to the appropriate parties
- Ensure office supplies are stocked, equipment is functioning, and overall office operations run smoothly
- Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of administrative and operational tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
