Responsibilities:
- Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to operate at maximum capacity without compromising performance.
- Adjust the sputtering parameters to maintain high-quality output, minimizing defects and inconsistencies.
- Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
- Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials, reducing waste.
- Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues. Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Based on data analysis, make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality.
- Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Degree in any Engineering fields with 3-4 years in the manufacturing process monitoring experience.
- Fresh Degree in Chemical Engineering/Material Science.
- Good understanding for Sputtering-related knowledge such as PVD, CVD processes.
- Strong analytical skills with exposure to software tools (Minitab, Microsoft Office).
