- Position: Sales Admin/Admin Assistant
- Location: Paya Lebar Quarter
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Source for new clients including government project through GeBIZ
- Provide support on quotations and proposals
- Handling of incoming calls, deliveries and collections
- Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
- 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
