Our client is a distributor of automotive and industrial solutions.
- Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications, network devices, desktops, mobile devices, and remote devices.
- Ensure automatic system backups, successful execution of recovery and disaster recovery plans, application of patches, and closely monitor system resource usage.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Research and source products, solutions, and vendors for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Skilled in enterprise networking, with expertise in WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization, implementation, and support.
- Knowledgeable about Alcatel PABX, FortiGate devices, Cisco Systems, and Unifi Wireless AP Controllers.
