- Manage a portfolio of existing client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of pricing and scope adjustments.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs and current contract terms to develop tailored renewal proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to finalize contract terms and pricing structures.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance contract value and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals, pricing agreements, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the renewal process, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services and solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators related to contract renewals and revenue generation.
