Job Responsibilites:
- Manage customer’s enquiries from platforms (voice and/or non-voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
- Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/ Local Polytechnic Diploma
- 1-2 years customer service/relevant experience
