Job Responsibilites:

  • Manage customer’s enquiries from platforms (voice and/or non-voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
  • Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/ Local Polytechnic Diploma
  • 1-2 years customer service/relevant experience
