Job Summary
An exciting opportunity as an Operations Manager handling overall management of Car Park Service, Support and Delivery operations.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology;
- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience in Car Park Maintenance Support and Operations;
- Experience in end-to-end procurement activities (i.e. budget approval, tender/quotation, purchase requisition, invoice tracking and verification);
- Able to drive team to work together to resolve complex issues by sharing in-depth knowledge and experience;
- Strong team player, effective at communicating internationally and used to working closely with remote teams;
- Independent and able to manage projects, vendors and stakeholders with strong customer facing and communication skills;
- Proactive and self-starter with good analytical and creative thinking;
- Good communication, presentation, and advisory skill.
Desired Skill-set
- PMP and ITIL certifications.
Responsibilities
- Part of the Operation team to oversee the car park operations in a 24/7 working environment;
- Responsible to manage the operating budget as well as to support the procurement administrative related activities (i.e. RFP/RFQ);
- Responsible to compile and consolidate the car park operation reports for internal management and customers for analysis;
- Ensure fulfilment of Project Key Performance Indicator and Service Standards as meted by the corporate or customer;
- Ensure process and controls are in place to ensure the effective management of operations and services beyond the Service Level Agreements (SLA);
- Formulate and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operations management;
- Managed vendors and IT service contracts ensuring the various service levels are met within the contractual agreement;
- Ensure adequate manpower to provide daily operations runs smoothly;
- Liaise closely with customer and external vendors involving the project.
