Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Assistant Cafe Manager:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of baristas and assistant managers to ensure smooth café operations.
- Guide the team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable coffee, tea, and food experiences.
- Serve as a skilled barista, creating specialty beverages while sharing your knowledge with customers and staff.
- Oversee the cafés profitability and handle all financial matters efficiently and accurately.
- Manage inventory, including beverages, food, and merchandise, ensuring quality and availability.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized café environment.
- Promote sustainability practices and share these values with customers and the team.
- Monitor the overall appearance and upkeep of the café.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O Level/N Level or equivalent preferred
- No experience required, training will be provided.
- Background as a barista is advantageous but not required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,300 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Working Days: 5 Days' Shift Work
- Working Hours: According to the outlet store's business hours
