Job Scope:
- Lead and manage multiple electrical engineering projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of bid tenders for new projects, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Evaluate and approve changes that impact project scope, budget, or timeline, ensuring effective decision-making.
- Oversee and monitor project performance, identifying and resolving operational issues promptly to prevent delays.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and operational excellence to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a high level of quality in project execution.
- Allocate and manage resources, ensuring optimal productivity and project success.
- Analyse and approve project investments to best meet the company's strategic goals
Requirement:
- Professional qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 2- 5 years of relevant experience in the construction engineering industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Project Engineer role.
