RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Risk Management
- Develop and maintain the Operational Risk Framework, including Third-Party Arrangements, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Operational Risk Policies.
- Plan, execute, and document BCM tests, ensuring follow-ups on findings.
- Conduct periodic reviews of third-party arrangements to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and enhance risk indicators, ensuring up-to-date call trees and regular reviews of key metrics.
Compliance
- Perform regular compliance reviews and gap analyses, addressing non-compliance issues promptly.
- Monitor regulatory changes, provide timely updates, and ensure adherence to requirements.
- Manage AML/CFT frameworks, including assessments and reporting.
- Support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and compliance processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
