Job Description:
Technical Tasks:
- Performs installation & provides basic technical training when neccessary (Mainly Workplace infrastructure - WPI products: Medical Pendents & Lights / Gas Management solutions)
- Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure devices / equipment are up to date.
Service Operational Tasks:
- Escalate quality-related situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country
- Monitor and drive completion of monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts
Service Commercial-related Tasks:
- Makes constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs
- Any other additional duties deemed appropriate by Service Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Engineering/Electronics or Equivalent
- 2-3 years of technical experience preferable in after sales support in medical industry, or Workplace Infrastructure related secto
