Project Executive
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
Working Location: Bartley
Salary: $2500-$3000 + Commission
Requirements
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/BS/BA or a related field of study
- 3-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in interior design / creative-led industry
- Must be able to read and edit autoCAD, SketchUp and other design softwares and site work is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Director to manage the accounts of creative-led projects.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely manner
- Developing project plans and timelines, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and on budget
- Coordinating with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure that all project elements are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction
- Preparing and presenting project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Conducting research on the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that our company remains competitive and innovative
