Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive training and education to new and existing nurses in clinical units, focusing on patient care practices.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and supervision of nursing activities, ensuring that all staff adhere to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct regular evaluations of nursing staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure that nursing care standards are maintained and that all practices conform to the hospital’s quality systems and procedures.
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Clinician to identify training needs and develop appropriate educational programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, evaluations, and other relevant activities.
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Nursing & Advanced Dip in Medical Surgical or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, or HDU experience
