- Oversees and supports daily processes for derivatives trading, including trade processing, trade capture and static data setup for the local market (SGX), affiliates and third-party clearers.
- Performs position management and cash reconciliations
- Works with relevant stakeholders to resolve breaks and exceptions, identifying root causes of issues.
- Identifies opportunities for process automation and proposes enhancements.
- Handles regulatory reporting as required.
skills and experience required
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or relevant discipline
- > 3 years of experience in similar capacity
- Possesses strong knowledge of local regulations, analytical skills and a keen eye for data and process management.
- Demonstrates problem-solving abilities, identifies automation opportunities and seeks continuous improvement in workflow and professional skills.
- Independent, Meticulous and able to multitask
