- Subject matter expertise for Asia Pacific Credit Products: work closely with market teams and clients to understand the latest payment and benefits trends, clients needs and digital journey expectation; support the Head of Core Products and Segments to drive expansion of consumer credit portfolio, in line with the company's strategy.
- Core benefits management: Manage Asia Pacific-led benefit programmes across markets, including both company-funded and Merchant-funded benefits; ensure the benefits are tracked and communicated; Support markets in case of any request
- Responsible for revenue target: Work closely with market teams, Sourcing, Marketing and other stakeholders in developing and exploring revenue opportunities via various benefits platforms; ensure revenue target is on track
- Other responsibilities like supporting ad hoc projects, client workshops etc.
Job Requirements:
- Min 8-10years or more of working experience in credit, banking, or benefits management
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Deep understanding of the consumer credit landscape
- Solid understanding of both consumer payments and merchant business drivers, experience in working with Sourcing Team and supplier negotiation is a plus
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
- An ability to engage on technical issues and concepts across multiple organization levels inside and outside organisation
- Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate and manage diverse groups and functions organized within different organizational reporting lines
