Seeking for Global Mobility Specialist, Up $6.5K
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
- Support the mobility team in transfers/ assignments end to end process
- Perform cost estimates required for transfers/ assignments
- Create and maintain the current process guides for various mobility types
- Work with employees to support them on documentations required during their transfers/ assignments lifecycle
- Develop expertise on the mobility knowledge so as to support questions posted by employees or relevant stakeholders for the mobility arrangements
- Partner with relevant vendors in all stages of execution
- Participate in any ongoing global mobility projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills and the ability to cooperate efficiently with stakeholders
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in mobility or HR Operations
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations across the APAC region, ensuring compliance in global mobility practices.
- Ability to maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders (cross team or cross functions)
- IT savvy and open to using new IT tools for day to day operations
