Key Responsibilities
1. Middleware Management
- Install, configure, and manage Red Hat Middleware products such as JBoss EAP, Fuse, and AMQ.
- Troubleshoot middleware issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure seamless middleware integration and deployment.
2. DevOps Practices
- Promote and implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
3. Incident Management
- Respond to incidents and outages, providing timely resolutions and root cause analyses.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required.
Qualifications
- Experience:3–5 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift, Ansible, and Red Hat Middleware.
Strong understanding of containerization, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
Expertise in configuration management tools.
Strong background in Linux administration and networking.
- Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications:Red Hat certifications (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE) are required.
