Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring, managing, and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to support key business functions, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and tailor the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational needs and ensure seamless performance.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Deploy and maintain core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, SPM, IRM, and ITAM.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement effective platform solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, providing prompt and effective support to end-users.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance, including patching, updates, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Monitor the platform's performance and overall health, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to facilitate smooth integrations and platform enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, new functionalities, and best practices to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and managing the ServiceNow platform.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and hands-on experience with ITSM administration.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as SPM, IRM, and ITAM is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
