Responsibilities
- To attend, handle and assist all customer enquiries coming through various customer service channels on loan related matters including loan retention and assist in making outbound calls when required.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Review customer existing loan package and advice accordingly on the various option available
- To protect loan portfolio by managing customer expectation on loan repricing package offered
- To respond and follow up on customers’ request promptly and accurately
