Job Scope
- Ability to handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection / delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
- Preparing and processing of shipments.
- Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ request.
- Maintain regular contact / rapport in understanding and forecasting customer's requirements.
- Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
Requirement
- GCE O Level and above
- 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in related industry
- Experience in using Sysfreight will be an added advantage
