ACMV Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall project management and schedule for ACMV projects.
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator, and subcontractors.
- Manage project budget and ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare monthly payment claims, variation orders, and extension requests for the main contractor.
- Handle subcontractors’ payment responses and variation claims.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress against the schedule.
- Analyse and prepare the overall project execution plan.
- Address site issues and propose contingency plans.
- Liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and client representatives.
- Plan resource allocation and forecast manpower needs.
- Ensure proper management and control of project documentation.
- Lead preparation and submission of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, materials, RFAs, RFIs, etc.
- Conduct regular site meetings and attend essential meetings.
- Manage and lead testing and commissioning of ACMV systems.
- Oversee handover of OMM documentation, training, as-built drawings, spare parts, and DLP programs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in a related field.
- Preferably 10 years of design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, with a proven track record in the construction industry.
