Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential HNW clients to expand the bank's portfolio.
- Conduct comprehensive financial profiling to understand clients’ investment goals and align them with suitable financial products and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic client acquisition plans in collaboration with the branch manager and senior leadership.
- Present and promote a diverse range of banking products, including investment instruments, structured products, and bancassurance solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing market insights, financial trends, and updates to support their investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and exceptional client experience.
- Drive targeted marketing initiatives and participate in client-focused events to enhance the bank’s market presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client acquisition or relationship management within the banking industry.
- Proven track record of working with HNW clients, showcasing the ability to meet their complex financial needs.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and capable of managing a fast-paced environment.
