Responsibilities:
- Secretarial of Directors in meetings, calls and follow-up session.
- Collate and coordinate meeting materials and presentations.
- Conduct market research and analysis on potential medical technology investment and summarise findings in review reports.
- Assistt in the application and follow up actions of the relevant trademark and patents. Maintain a register and monitor its progress.
- Provide administrative support in the office.
- Update and maintain contact list of the Directors.
- Organize and make necessary arranagements for conference, seminars and workshops. Develop and track budget for proper finances.
- Assume additional / amended job duties as determined by the supervisor, as the sole discretion of the company.
- Attend to any work that may assigned from time to time by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Diploma or professional qualification in health related field.
- Professional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to liaise effctively with the stakeholders.
- Knowledge in medical device/healthcare field (preferred).
- Experience in investment analysis.
