Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly understanding and addressing the needs of each caller.
- Offer accurate and relevant information to effectively resolve inquiries over the phone.
- Schedule or reschedule appointments according to the caller's preferences.
- Manage additional administrative tasks, including email correspondence, referral requests, and emergency activations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Prior working experience in contact centre is advantageous
