Summary
We are expanding our NES (Networking and Enterprise Solutions) department and are looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team as a monday.com Sales Specialist.
Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of monday.com, driving value, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Gain a deep understanding of the monday.com platform and connect its features to customer ROI.
- Identify and drive growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and add-ons.
- Consult with clients to optimize their internal workflows and encourage organizational change.
- Develop and execute customer promotion programs to increase platform adoption.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to deliver seamless account management.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting with large enterprise accounts.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage full sales cycles, exceptional presentation skills, and strong communication (written and verbal).
- Attributes: Positive, empathetic, self-motivated, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Bonus: Prior experience in strategy consulting is a plus.
Other Details
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
- Work Location: Joo Chiat, Singapore (on-site)
- Transport: Claims applicable
- Travel: Minimal, limited to company trips
