Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Conduct presentations on products and services to proposed solutions to clients leading to deal closure.
- Reporting of sales forcast and performance
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences or external events.
- Handle customer complaints or objections or feedbacks
- Work with pre-sales, delivery , support, partner alliance, and marketing team for improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales and leading a team.
- Experience in Government and/or Enterprise sector will be an added advantage.
- Technical hands-on experience in delivering IT services
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
