Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our AI and Data Science team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AI and NLP, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies, MLOps, and deploying AI solutions to address complex business challenges. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation while ensuring ethical AI practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development:Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models and applications. Develop AI-driven tools, including conversational AI, speech recognition systems, and NLP-based solutions. Conduct research and apply advanced machine learning algorithms for real-world applications.
- Project Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from ideation to deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and academia, to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Innovation and Research:Explore and develop new Generative AI use cases for various industries. Publish research papers and contribute to academic discourse in AI and NLP. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and propose relevant applications.
- MLOps Implementation:Establish robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model deployment and monitoring. Implement responsible AI frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and unbiased decision-making. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship:Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote AI adoption within the organization.
Skills and Experience Required
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Generative AI technologies and tools.
- Proficiency in NLP, MLOps, and LLMOps.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Experience in building conversational AI experiences using tools like Dialogflow.
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud, for AI deployments.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and work in diverse, cross-functional teams.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer.

- Experience working in both industry and academic environments.
Education
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Computer Science or engineering or a related discipline.
