Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement a sales strategy for HR software solutions.
Identify key target markets and industries that benefit from payroll, attendance, and HR systems.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, converting leads into long-term customers.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Initiate outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Collaborate with marketing to utilize content, case studies, and sales materials to attract clients.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:Understand client needs and pain points related to HR management and propose tailored software solutions.
Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing features and benefits.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Sales Closing & Negotiation:Oversee the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Work with the CEO or founder on pricing strategies and contract terms.
Provide quotes, proposals, and tailored product recommendations to meet client requirements.
Customer Onboarding & Retention:
- Assist in onboarding to ensure successful software implementation and client training.
- Serve as the main point of contact during the initial post-sale phase to resolve issues and ensure smooth system adoption.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
Reporting & Feedback:
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and key metrics (e.g., demos, proposals, closed deals).
- Provide regular updates to the CEO/founder on sales progress, challenges, and client feedback insights.
- Contribute to refining product offerings based on market and customer feedback.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on trends in HR technology, including new features, emerging competitors, and evolving customer needs.
- Continuously evaluate competitive offerings and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in HR software.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing deals successfully.
- Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive sales activities.
Excellent presentation skills to demonstrate technical software to non-technical audiences.
Adaptable to a fast-paced, growing environment and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling HR software (e.g., payroll, attendance, employee management systems).
- Knowledge of payroll processes and HR operations.'
