Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Logistics Executive located in Jurong West. Our client is a hardware store in Singapore and you will be responsible for this role involving managing shipment schedules and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with company policies. The role includes maintaining updated records such as inventory and delivery details, preparing delivery orders, and addressing basic inquiries. It also requires visiting the warehouse to oversee stock levels and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders. Additionally, the position entails assisting in the creation and upkeep of operational reports and participating in projects aimed at improving workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- Min O level (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude and eager to learn
