Face to face interview required
- Process customer orders accurately in SAP or Gold and verify invoices before dispatch.
- Coordinate order status, delivery dates, and PSO services with customers and internal teams.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Distribution teams to improve operations.
- Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager for guidance.
- Maintain and update the customer database in SAP and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Commit to promoting corporate values and ensuring safety within the Customer Service Team.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss updates, improvements, and customer-facing activities.
