Job Scope:
- Perform analytical iesting accurately and efficiently and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform equipment verification and calibration in accordance to procedures.
- Document all results in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.
- Performs quality review of completed test records, approval of QC samples/lot disposition in the Laboratory
- Information Management System (LJMS) and release ofimmediates, raw materials, solvents and packaging materials.
- Ensure all quality records are attached and/or file as predetermined.
- Practice laborator good housekeepin and ensure all safet rocedures are followed.
- Conduct training to fellow colleagues on simple procedures (hygiene and safety)
- Participate actively and contribute to site project teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvements in laboratory activities.
- Highlight abnormality during testing and obtain authorization for laboratory investigation from supervisor.
- Perform equipment troubleshooling where required.
- Track trending of data as part of proactive monit.oring.
- Participate in team initiatives and practice good housekeeping.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent
- Rlevant QC experience will be advantage
