Job Description:
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments to assess product attributes, shelf-life, and stability.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving of lab equipment.
- Accurately record and maintain experimental data, reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Perform lab sample preparation and manage sample inventory.
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring equipment maintenance, inventory management, and a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Food Nutrition/Biochemistry/Microbiology or other related discipline, from a recognized institute.
- Hands-on experience in handling analytical instruments such as HPLC, and UV Spectrophotometer, microbial and chemical testing is preferred.
