Our Client is a Singapore based company in Medical Devices. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Facility Management Supervisor to be part of their Facility team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at West.
Duties:
- Oversee maintenance of building and facility equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, managing expenses within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers for maintenance and project management.
- Ensure timely pest control, landscaping services, and report submissions.
- Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Enforce adherence to safe work practices at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Facility Management or related field
- 1-2 years of overseeing a team of technicians in similar industry
