Responsibilities:
- Offer through administrative support to the Managing Director, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, processing expense claims, and preparing reports.
- Develop fee proposals, presentations, and materials for tender interviews.
- Prepare in-depth reports and presentation materials for board meetings, ensuring accurate meeting minutes are taken and distributed promptly.
- Organize, review, and verify documents for accuracy and compliance, while effectively managing Managing Agent agreements and other administrative responsibilities.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, addressing inquiries or redirecting them as required.
- Assist the Managing Director with various tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Requirements:
- With 2 years of Customer Support or Sales Support experience.
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
- Positive, dynamic and results-oriented
