Job Scope:
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure integration of M&E systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections to monitor installation progress and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications and reports
- Manage procurement of M&E materials and equipment
- Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 2 LTA MRT underground projects
- Proficient in BIM software and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Experience in writing tender specifications (preferred)
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
