Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to align QC strategies with overall business goals, driving organizational capabilities and process improvements to support growth.
- Plan and execute QC activities, supporting the development and implementation of production schedules, policies, and programs.
- Oversee QC and logistics budgets, ensuring alignment with timelines, tasks, and customer quality expectations for on-time delivery.
- Drive QC and logistics operations to meet performance goals, ISO procedural requirements, and compliance with quality management systems.
- Identify, track, and report key performance metrics to monitor QC and logistics process consistency and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QC team to uphold industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
- Budgeting and project management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
