Responsibilities:
- Oversee design coordination and the development of 3D models to ensure they align with project schedules and obtain necessary approvals.
- Ensure all changes or instructions issued by consultants are accurately reflected in the 3D models.
- Manage the 3D model development process, ensuring timely delivery to facilitate coordination of MEP and other trade works.
- Identify discrepancies in consultants' drawings and collaborate to resolve them during the 3D model development process.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in BIM software and tools with excellent operational skills.
- Prior experience in LTA projects is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a proven track record in at least two large-scale construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
