Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Public Relations and Communications Manager to be part of their Marketing Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Public Relations and Communications Manager:
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation, align with company values, and manage crises effectively.
- Establish and enforce communication policies and processes for consistent messaging across all levels and platforms.
- Lead media relations, press releases, and public relations efforts to strengthen the company’s public profile.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry leaders, and customers, to support business objectives.
- Manage internal communication initiatives to engage employees, promote company culture, and drive cohesive messaging.
- Translate corporate objectives into effective communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
- Plan and execute impactful CSR initiatives, including volunteering events and ESG-related projects, to reinforce the company’s commitment to social causes.
- Liaise with government authorities to secure permits, funding, and approvals while building strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights and reports to senior management.
- Act as a key representative in corporate events, employee engagements, and public initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and outreach.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- At least 8 years of work experience in relevant field.
- Experience with Public Speaking / Events / Emcee is an added advantage
